root + restore was founded with the intention of centering the mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of women of color. the mission of root + restore is to empower women to root themselves in personal truth, individual history, and resilience while learning skills to support the ongoing process of restoration from complex trauma, systemic oppression, daily stressors and the invisible burdens that impact the mind and body.
